摘要:
随着医改的深入，建设财务共享中心是县域医共体发展的必然趋势。磐安县医共体通过建设财务共享中心，完善了费用报销管理系统和银企互联，实现了“人、财、物”一体化管理，不仅在提升财务管理效率上取得较大突破，还极大地减轻了县域医共体运行成本，为其他县域医共体的改革发展提供了经验。
Abstract:
With the deepening of medical reform, the construction of financial sharing centers is an inevitable trend in county-level medical community. Through the construction of financial sharing center, county-level medical community in Pan'an has improved the expense reimbursement management system and the bank-enterprise interconnection, achieving an integrated management of human, financial and material. This has not only made a significant breakthrough in improving the efficiency of financial management, but also greatly reduced the operating costs of county-level medical community, providing experience for the reform and development of other county-level medical communities.
