摘要:
从居民个人与家庭、健康管理服务内容与供方、社区建设三个方面归类农村社区主动健康管理的发展现状，探讨存在问题及其成因，并提出建议：树立健康主人翁意识、营造主动健康管理氛围、加强政策支持与落实、推动统一平台建设。
Abstract:
This article classifies the current development status of active health management in rural communities from three aspects, including residents and families, health service providers and content, and community construction, discusses the existing problems and their causes, and proposes relevant suggestions. In order to advance active health management in rural communities, it is necessary to establish a sense of health ownership, create an atmosphere of active health management, strengthen policy support and implementation, and promote the construction of a unified platform.
