摘要:
基于温州市城镇职工失能老人数据库，运用层级补偿理论，分析失能老人照顾模式及选择机制。结果显示：失能老人照顾模式选择存在非典型差序机制；失能老人的性别、年龄、居住安排、主要照顾者年龄、长期置管、失能程度是照顾模式选择的重要影响因素。为此，需要重视失能老人配偶的健康状况，完善失能老人照顾服务体系，加强对家庭照顾者的政策支持。
