目的：分析辽宁省中医发展现状，为各地市制定中医发展规划提供参考。方法：运用因子分析对11个中医发展影响因素进行降维，运用K-Means聚类分析法对14个地市进行区域聚类分析。结果：2015—2020年，辽宁省中医医疗服务资源整体呈明显的增长趋势，中医类医院经营状况逐年向好，财政投入力度大幅增加，中医发展成效显著，但地市层面资源配置不平衡问题比较突出，按中医发展现状将其聚类为4类地区。结论：辽宁省中医发展水平地区差异较大，制约各地市中医发展的因素不尽相同，各地市应根据区域特点明确发展定位与规划重点。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current development status of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning province, and to provide reference for formulating development planning of traditional Chinese medicine in various cities. Methods Factor analysis was used to reduce the dimensionality of 11 factors affecting the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and K-Means clustering analysis was used to conduct regional clustering analysis on 14 cities. Results During the period from 2015 to 2020, the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning province has achieved significant results. The overall resources of traditional Chinese medicine medical services showed a significant growth trend. The operating status of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals has been improving year by year, with a significant increase in financial investment. However, the issue of imbalanced resource allocation at the city levels is quite prominent, and it is classified into four categories based on the current development status of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion There are significant regional differences in the development level of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning province, and the factors that constrain the development of traditional Chinese medicine vary among different cities. We should clarify development positioning and planning priorities based on regional characteristics.
