摘要:
目的:测算省级层面卫生技术人员配置的空间溢出效应,为优化卫生人力资源配置提供参考。方法:收集2003—2020年我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)卫生技术人员的面板数据,建立经济距离矩阵,构建空间杜宾模型进行回归分析。结果:我国卫生技术人员配置在省级层面具有一定的空间集聚特征,存在显著的空间溢出效应。人均GDP、客运量等因素,以及临近经济空间地区的人均GDP、失业率等因素对本省卫生技术人员配置有显著影响。结论:在优化卫生技术人员配置时需要从省级层面统筹考虑,加强省域交流与合作,发挥包括卫生技术人员在内的卫生资源的最大效益。
Abstract:
Objective To estimate the spatial spillover effect of health technical personnel allocation at provincial level in China, and to provide scientific reference for optimizing the allocation of health human resources. Methods The panel data of the allocation of health technical personnel from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) in China from 2003 to 2020 were collected. The economic distance matrix was established and the spatial Durbin model was constructed for regression analysis. Results The allocation of health technical personnel in China has a certain spatial agglomeration feature at the provincial level, and there is a significant spatial spillover effect. Factors such as per capita GDP and passenger volume, as well as factors such as per capita GDP and unemployment rate in neighboring economic areas, have a significant impact on the allocation of health technical personnel in the province. Conclusion In order to optimize the allocation of health technical personnel, it is necessary to consider it as a whole at the provincial level, strengthen provincial exchanges and cooperation, and maximize the effectiveness of health resources, including health technical personnel.
