摘要:
党的十九大以来，高质量发展已成为我国经济和社会发展的主流与共识。基于公立医院高质量发展的重要性，深入探讨其科学内涵，并提出推动公立医院高质量发展的关键路径：整合资源，实现优质医疗资源有序扩容和均衡布局；内外协同，完善现代化治理体系；以人为本，激发医务人员潜能。
Abstract:
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, high-quality development has become the mainstream and consensus of economic and social development. Analyzing the importance of high-quality development of public hospitals, this article explores its scientific connotation and proposes the critical path to promote high-quality development of public hospitals. We should integrate resources to achieve orderly expansion and balanced layout of quality medical resources, collaborate internally and externally to improve the modern governance system, put people first to stimulate the potential of medical personnel.
