摘要:
家庭照护者面临经济压力较大、身心健康损耗严重、工作与照护冲突、照护知识和技能欠缺、与社会脱节等一系列问题。目前我国尚未出台专门的家庭照护者支持政策，为此建议：立法保障家庭照护者权利，提高家庭照护者价值贡献的社会认同，制定依托社区的家庭照护服务支持政策、照护津贴等经济支持政策、照护假期等工作支持政策。
Abstract:
The family caregivers face a series of problems, including high economic pressure, severe physical and mental health loss, conflict between work and care, lack of care knowledge and skills, and disconnection from society. However, there is no specific support policy for family caregivers in China. Therefore, it is recommended to legislate to protect the rights of family caregivers, enhance social recognition of the value contribution of family caregivers, and formulate support policies, including service support policies such as community-based family care, economic support policies such as care allowances, and work support policies such as care holidays.
