目的：分析我国医疗卫生支出效率与区域经济的耦合协调关系，为促进两者的协同发展提供依据。方法：基于2015—2020年省域面板数据，运用数据包络分析法和熵值法，分别测算我国医疗卫生支出效率和区域经济发展水平，采用耦合协调度模型，测算两者的耦合协调度。结果：2015—2020年，我国医疗卫生支出效率与区域经济耦合度基本在0.6左右，处于初级协调和良好协调阶段；医疗卫生支出效率超前于区域经济发展水平；耦合协调度的地区差异明显。结论：各地应结合自身资源禀赋及条件因素选择差异化的发展路径，合理配置医疗卫生资源，推动医疗卫生支出效率与区域经济耦合协调发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the coupled coordination relationship between health expenditure efficiency and regional economy in China, and to provide a basis for promoting the coordinated development. Methods Based on the provincial panel data from 2015 to 2020, data envelopment analysis method and entropy method were used to calculate the efficiency of health expenditure and the level of regional economic development in China, and the coupled coordination degree model was used to calculate the coupled coordination between health expenditure efficiency and regional economy. Results From 2015 to 2020, the coupling degree between health expenditure efficiency and regional economy was basically around 0.6 in China, which was in the primary and good coordination stage. The efficiency of health expenditure was ahead of the level of regional economic development. There were significant regional differences in coupling coordination degree. Conclusion Each region should choose a differentiated development path based on its own resource endowment and conditions, reasonably allocate medical and health resources, and promote the coupled and coordinated development between health expenditure efficiency and regional economy
