摘要:
当前公立医院床位管理模式主要有：全院床位统筹管理模式、公用床位调剂模式和全院调配模式。江苏省L医院借助SWOT研究工具，对三种床位管理模式进行比较分析，探索出适宜的床位管理模式——公用床位调剂模式，为医院优化床位管理提供了经验借鉴。
Abstract:
At present, the bed management models in public hospitals mainly include the overall hospital bed management model, the public bed allocation model, and the entire hospital allocation model. This article uses the SWOT analysis to compare and analyze three bed management models in L hospital in Jiangsu province. The results show that the public bed allocation model is an appropriate bed management model, which provides experience and reference for hospitals to optimize bed management.
