摘要:
公立医院的医疗设备购置决策存在资产管理部门论证不到位、设备管理委员会论证不充分、申购论证缺乏量化标准或量化指标数据获取失真等问题，导致论证流于形式，为日后设备管理埋下诸多隐患。因此提出对策：提高医疗设备管理人员的专业胜任力，资产管理部门和设备管理委员会要切实履行职责，构建设备购置论证标准体系，整合信息系统，提高设备管理数据获取能力，提升医疗设备购置决策的合理性和科学性。
Abstract:
From the various process nodes of the purchase decision of medical equipment in public hospitals, there are problems such as inadequate argumentation by the asset management department, insufficient argumentation by the equipment management committee, and lack of quantitative standards for purchase argumentation or distorted data acquisition of quantitative indicators, which will lead to arguments becoming mere formality, laying many hidden troubles for future equipment management. Therefore, this article proposes countermeasures, including improving the professional competence of medical equipment management personnel, fulfilling the responsibilities of asset management departments and equipment management committees, constructing a standard system for equipment purchase argumentation, integrating information systems, improving the ability to obtain equipment management data, and enhancing the rationality and scientific nature of the purchase decision of medical equipment.
