摘要:
公立医院的经济运营分析在人员参与度、报告内容、结果运用和信息化水平方面存在突出问题。在业财融合背景下，公立医院亟需构建经济运营分析体系，包括科学严谨的组织体系、综合全面的报告体系、分析结果闭环管理机制，以及完善的信息化支撑和人才培养模式，从而实现高质量发展。
Abstract:
There are prominent problems in the economic operation analysis in public hospitals in terms of personnel participation, report content, result application, and information technology level. Under the background of the integration of industry and finance, there is an urgent need to build an economic operation analysis system, including a scientific and rigorous organizational system, a comprehensive reporting system, a closed-loop management mechanism for analysis results, a comprehensive information technology support and talent training model, in order to achieve high-quality development.
