摘要:
目的:综合评价“十四五”时期我国中医药强省建设预期成效。方法:运用描述性统计分析、TOPSIS法、RSR法以及TOPSIS与RSR模糊联合法,综合评价中医药强省建设成效。结果:建立包括5个一级指标、7个二级指标的中医药强省评价指标体系,三种评价方法的结果总体趋势相同,综合评价结果排名前三的省份为四川省、广东省、河南省。结论:部分省份中医药发展基础与目标定位不协调,省内中医药发展结构不均衡,发展热点应由基础建设向业态创新演变。
Abstract:
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the expected results of building a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine in China during the 14th Five Year Plan period. Methods Using descriptive statistical analysis, TOPSIS method, RSR method, and TOPSIS and RSR fuzzy combination method, the effectiveness of building a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine was comprehensively evaluated. Results The evaluation index system for a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine, including 5 primary indicators and 7 secondary indicators, has been established. The overall trend of the results of the three evaluation methods was the same. The top three provinces in the comprehensive evaluation results were Sichuan province, Guangdong province, and Henan province. Conclusion The development foundation of some provinces is not coordinated with the target positioning. The development structure of traditional Chinese medicine within the province is uneven. The development hotspots should evolve from infrastructure construction to industry innovation.
