摘要:
目的：对重庆市长期护理保险受益人满意度进行测评，提出相关建议。方法：通过自制问卷对重庆市长期护理保险受益人进行满意度测评，使用Logistic回归分析满意度的影响因素。结果：重庆市长期护理保险受益人满意度得分较高（4.31±0.57分），满意度95.60%；定点服务机构、补偿额度以及自付费用对满意度有显著影响（P＜0.05）。结论：提高保险经办机构工作效率，加强定点服务机构建设，适当提高补偿额度，减少自付费用，提升长期护理保险受益人满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of long-term care insurance beneficiaries in Chongqing, and to provide relevant suggestions. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to measure the satisfaction of long-term care insurance beneficiaries through a self-made questionnaire, and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction. Results The overall satisfaction score of long-term care insurance beneficiaries in Chongqing was relatively high (4.31 ± 0.57 points), with a satisfaction rate of 95.60%. The designated service provider, the amount of compensation and out-of-pocket expenses had a significant effect on satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion In order to improve the satisfaction of long-term care insurance beneficiaries, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the insurance agencies, strengthen the construction of the designated service institutions, appropriately increase the compensation amount and reduce out-of-pocket expenses.
