摘要:
近年来，我国药物临床试验项目数量大幅增加，但公立医院的药物临床试验经费管理缺少适用性规范、项目经费核算不精确、分配办法未能与时俱进、监督管理流于形式。对此，亟需完善药物临床试验的政策性支撑和保障机制，严格项目成本核算标准，创新项目劳务费分配改革，建立药物临床试验经费管理的多方协作机制，确保项目经费合规使用，实现临床试验秩序合理。
Abstract:
In recent years, the number of drug clinical trial projects has significantly increased in China. However, there are some problems in the management of drug clinical trial funds in public hospitals, such as a lack of applicability standards, inaccurate project budget accounting, failure to keep up with the times in allocation methods, and a mere formality in supervision and management. In this regard, it is necessary to improve the policy support and guarantee mechanism for drug clinical trials, strictly adhere to project cost accounting standards, innovate the distribution reform of project labor costs, establish a multi-party cooperation mechanism for drug clinical trial fund management, ensure the compliant use of project funds, and achieve a reasonable clinical trial order.
