摘要:
受生产力变革、内外部环境变迁及政策压力等多元因素叠加作用，数字化转型正在成为公立医院战略核心。公立医院的数字化转型，是指在全球数字化变革的时代浪潮下，公立医院自发进行的颠覆性、系统性、渐进性、整体性的变革和重塑。公立医院数字化转型的意义体现在生存、发展和价值三个方面，转型路径包括：坚持以人为本，提升领导层认知，搭建转型底座，制定转型战略，重视利益相关者价值识别，以项目制为手段，实施业务流程再造，以及开发医院数字资产变现模式。
Abstract:
With the combined effects of multiple factors such as productivity reform, internal and external environmental changes, and policy pressures, digital transformation is becoming the strategic core of public hospitals. The digital transformation of public hospitals is a disruptive, systematic, gradual, and holistic transformation and reshaping in the context of global digital transformation. The significance of digital transformation of public hospitals is reflected in three aspects of survival, development and value. The paths of digital transformation of public hospitals include adhering to people-oriented principles, enhancing leadership awareness, building a foundation for transformation, formulating transformation strategies, emphasizing stakeholder value identification, taking project as approaches, implementing business process reengineering, and developing hospital digital asset realization models.
