摘要:
目的：基于浙江省护理服务数字化应用建设与推广实践，探索构建省域一体化“互联网+护理服务”新模式。方法：描述性分析“互联网+护理服务”模式现状，为优化“互联网+护理服务”提供参考借鉴。结果：浙江省基于政策制度和信息建设基础，搭建“互联网+护理服务”支撑平台和护理服务数字化应用，形成“政府主导、市场运营”的推广模式，构建“互联网+护理服务”标准规范体系，为居民提供专业安全的数字化护理服务。结论：“互联网+护理服务”新模式应汇聚卫生健康行政部门、行业学会、医疗机构、运营方等多方合力，充分调动医疗机构和护理人员的积极性，有效保障服务规范，提升用户体验，满足群众日益增长的护理服务需求。
Abstract:
Objective To explore a new "Internet + Nursing Service" model constructed by provincial integration, based on construction and promotion of digital application of nursing services in Zhejiang Province. Methods The current situation of the "Internet + Nursing Service" model was described and analyzed to provide reference for optimizing the "Internet +Nursing Service". Results Based on the policy system and information construction foundation, a support platform for "Internet + Nursing Service" and digital application of nursing service were built in Zhejiang Province. The promotion mode of "government led and market operated" has been formed, and the standard and normative system of "Internet + Nursing Service" has been established, which provided residents with professional and safe digital nursing services. Conclusion The new model of "Internet + Nursing Service" should gather the joint efforts of health administrative departments, industry associations, medical institutions and operators, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical institutions and nurses, effectively ensure the service standards, improve user experience, and meet the growing demand for nursing services of the public.
