摘要:
家庭医生签约服务虽然是供方主导，但内核是需方驱动。当前，对家庭医生签约服务的需求侧研究，主要集中在签约服务需求意愿与选择偏好、签约服务效用与体验、签约服务供需匹配管理等方面，缺乏从需求管理视角开展签约服务供给优化的研究。本文以消费者购买决策理论为指导，构建需求管理模型，对家庭医生签约服务的需求管理提出思考与建议。
Abstract:
Although family doctor contracting services are supply-led, the core of the services is demand-driven. Currently, demand-side research on family doctor contracting services mainly focus on the willingness and choice preference, utility and experience, supply-demand matching management of contracting services, and there is a lack of study on contracting service supply optimization from the perspective of demand management. Guided by consumer purchase decision theory, this article constructs a demand management model, and provides thoughts and suggestions on the demand management of family doctor contracting services.
