摘要:
在高质量发展的战略背景下，公立医院运营管理应从数据驱动的视角出发，基于业财融合的思路，建立360°运营分析体系，实行“一科一策”个性化指导，推行“MDT”项目工作模式，“全面诊断+重点深挖”和“数据赋能+自主管理”相结合，实现精细化运营管理。
Abstract:
Under the strategic background of high-quality development, the operation management of public hospitals should start from data-driven approaches. Based on the integration of business and finance, public hospitals should establish a 360 ° operation analysis system, implement "one policy for one department" personalized guidance, promote the "MDT" project work mode, combine "comprehensive diagnosis + key digging " and "data empowerment + independent management", in order to achieve refined operation management.
