摘要:
目的：在人口老龄化程度加深和渐进式延迟退休背景下，了解劳动参与与中老年人卫生服务利用之间的关系。方法：使用Logistic回归、负二项回归等方法，探究劳动参与对中老年人卫生服务利用的影响；以健康水平为中介变量，分析劳动参与对中老年人卫生服务利用的影响路径。结果：劳动参与对中老年人卫生服务利用存在显著的负向影响，中介分析显示，劳动参与与中老年人健康水平之间存在显著的正相关关系，可能会降低中老年人卫生服务利用率。结论：老龄化背景下，我国应科学推进延迟退休政策，在提高中老年人劳动参与率的同时，改善其健康水平，减少不必要的卫生服务利用，从而减轻医保基金负担，增加社会福祉。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the relationship between labor force participation and health service utilization among middle-aged and elderly people in the context of deepening population aging and progressive delayed retirement. Methods Logistic regression and negative binomial regression were used to explore the influence of labor force participation on the health service utilization among middle-aged and elderly people, and health level was used as a mediator variable to analyze the effect path of labor force participation on the health service utilization among middle-aged and elderly people. Results Labor force participation had a significant negative impact on the health service utilization among middle-aged and elderly people, and the mediation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between labor force participation and the health level of middle-aged and elderly people, which may reduce the utilization rate of their health services. Conclusion Under the background of aging, it is necessary to scientifically promote the delayed retirement policy, improve the health level of middle-aged and elderly people while increasing their labor force participation rate, and reduce unnecessary health service utilization, so as to reduce the burden on the health insurance fund and increase social well-being.
