目的：了解老年人在获取互联网医疗资源过程中的现实困境。方法：基于扎根理论，对36名老年人访谈原始文本进行分析，分步提取出79个初始概念、11个次范畴、6个主范畴。结果：老年人获取互联网医疗资源符合“负向刺激反应模型”传导过程，既有个体内部刺激引发的困境（生理健康障碍、心理效能较低、素养能力不高），也有外部环境刺激造成的困境（制度障碍、网络环境不友好、效果有限）。结论：激发老年人使用互联网医疗资源的内在动力，构建适老化制度环境，健全多层次社会支持体系。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the reality dilemma of the elderly in the process of acquiring Internet medical resources. Methods Based on the grounded theory, the original texts of 36 interviews with the elderly were analyzed, and 79 initial concepts, 11 subcategories, and 6 main categories were extracted step by step. Results The elderly's access to Internet medical resources conformed to the transmission process of the "negative stimulus response model", which included both internal stimulus-induced dilemmas (physiological health barriers, low psychological efficacy, and low literacy) and external environmental stimulus-caused dilemmas (system barriers, unfriendly network environment, and limited effectiveness). Conclusion It is necessary to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of the elderly to use Internet medical resources, build an aging friendly institutional environment, and improve the multi-level social support system.
