摘要:
当前公立医院医疗服务价格存在“两重两轻”的结构性失衡现象，上海XH医院以“总量控制、结构调整、有升有降”为原则，“重劳务、重技术、轻检查、轻化验”为导向，构建了公立医院医疗服务价格调整路径，并提出加强政策联动、优化医院薪酬、加强检查检验互通互认等保障策略，从而实现医疗、医保增效，患者、医生减负。
Abstract:
At present, there is a structural imbalance of "two heavy and two light" in medical service price in public hospitals. Shanghai XH Hospital has established a path for adjusting the prices of medical services in public hospitals, guided by the principles of "total quantity control, structural adjustment, and some increases and some decreases" and the principles of "heavy on labor, heavy on technology, light on inspection, and light on laboratory examination". The security strategies such as strengthening policy linkage, optimizing hospital salaries, and strengthening mutual recognition of inspection and testing is proposed, in order to achieve increased efficiency in medical care and insurance, and reduce the burden on patients and doctors.
