摘要:

在大数据背景下，医院成本管理普遍存在成本数据缺乏精准性、分析应用能力不足及成本控制手段欠缺等问题，应将大数据分析和医院成本管理有效结合，建立医院成本数据仓库，采用数据挖掘手段分析医疗业务与成本数据的关联性，提高医院成本管理能力，促进医疗业务和财务管理融合，加快医疗行业成本管理的发展。

Abstract:

Under the background of big data, hospital cost management generally suffers from the problems, such as lack of precision of cost data, insufficient analysis and application ability, and lack of cost control means. It is necessary to effectively combine big data analysis and hospital cost management to establish a hospital cost data warehouse, analyze the correlation between medical business and cost data by using data mining means to improve the ability of hospital cost management, and promote the integration of medical business and financial management to accelerate the development of cost management in the medical industry.
