摘要:
目的：总结衢州市县域医共体运行效果和经验，为提高县域医共体运行效率提供参考。方法：通过文献查阅、实地调研和问卷调查，总结县域医共体运行情况；运用DEA模型进行效率分析。结果：衢州市县域医共体在综合施策、上下转诊、慢病管理、运行效率等方面取得成效，但在人才引育留、基层优势挖掘等方面仍有提升空间。结论：扎根基层优势，聚焦能力提升、数字化管理、同质化建设、人才引培留用，实现紧密型县域医共体的高质量发展。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the operation effect and experience of county-level medical community in Quzhou City, and to provide reference for improving the operation efficiency of county-level medical community. Methods Through literature review, field investigation and questionnaire survey, the operation of county-level medical community was summarized. The efficiency was analyzed by using BBC-DEA model. Results The county-level medical community in Quzhou City had made achievements in comprehensive policy, up-and-down referral, chronic disease management, operational efficiency, etc., but there was still room for improvement in talent introduction and retention, and manifestation of primary advantages. Conclusion It is necessary to base on primary advantages, and focus on capacity improvement, digital management, homogenization construction, talent introduction and training, so as to realize the high-quality development of compact county-level medical community.
