目的：分析我国典型地区医防融合实践的具体举措，为其他地区后续改革提供参考。方法：通过文献检索，形成以融合主体、融合路径、融合成效为总主题，覆盖11个分主题的主题框架，采用主题框架分析法进行定性分析。结果：医防融合主体以“医院+疾控+基层医疗卫生机构”为主，融合路径有信息融合、管理融合、人员融合、服务融合、绩效融合、体系融合、资金融合；融合成效表现为服务能力提升、慢病管理能力增强。结论：医防融合后续改革应重点关注资金融合和体系融合，兼顾既往融合路径，因地制宜采取创新举措，提升医防融合可持续性。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the specific initiatives of medical and preventive integration practice in typical areas of China, and to provide reference for subsequent reforms in other areas. Methods Through literature search, a thematic framework covering 11 sub-themes was formed with three general themes of integration subject, integration path, and integration effect, and a qualitative analysis was conducted using the thematic framework analysis method. Results The proportion of integration subjects mainly consisted of "hospitals + CDC + primary healthcare institutions", the specific forms of integration paths were information integration, management integration, personnel integration, service integration, and performance integration, system integration, and financial integration, and the integration effect was reflected in the improvement of service capacity and the enhancement of chronic disease management capacity. Conclusion The subsequent reform of medical and preventive integration should focus on financial integration and system integration, while taking into account the steady progress of the previous integration path, and adopting innovative initiatives according to local conditions to facilitate the real realization of medical and preventive integration.
