摘要:
商业健康保险参与慢性病管理的优势在于提供精准的健康管理方案、降低慢性病发生率及治疗费用等，劣势是慢性病保险产品供给不足、目标客户群体的保险认知度较低等，面临政府政策支持力度加大、社会健康需求增加等机会，但也存在区域性政策与慢性病现状适配度较低等威胁。对此，政府应明确商业健康保险的补充保障作用，优化区域性商业健康保险政策，构建健康大数据平台和共享机制；商业健康保险公司要以新兴科技为抓手，打造定制化保险产品和服务,提升“支付+服务”慢性病健康服务能力，通过精准宣传及有效营销，提高慢性病保险参保率。
Abstract:
Advantages of commercial health insurance participating in chronic disease management include providing accurate health management programs, reducing the incidence of chronic diseases and treatment costs, and disadvantages lie in the insufficient supply of chronic disease insurance products, low insurance awareness of target customer groups. There are opportunities for increased government policy support and increased demand for social health, but there are also threats such as low adaptability of regional policies to the current situation of chronic diseases. In this regard, the government should clarify the supplementary protection role of commercial health insurance, optimize the regional commercial health insurance policy, and build a health big data platform and sharing mechanism. Commercial health insurance companies should use emerging technology as a tool to create customized insurance products and services, enhance the "payment + service" chronic disease health service capacity, and increase the participation rate of chronic disease insurance through accurate publicity and effective marketing.
