摘要:
当前，成本管理对于公立医院高质量发展的重要性日益凸显。DRG支付下公立医院成本管理存在以下问题：政策环境不佳，缺乏内部协同；管理基础薄弱，未能形成闭环；信息化水平不高，支撑力度不足。对此，案例医院构建成本管理体系，实施精细化管控，重视病种成本核算，不断提高成本管理能力，取得了良好成效，可以为其他医院优化成本管理提供参考。
Abstract:
At present, the importance of cost management for the high-quality development of public hospitals is becoming more and more prominent. However, there are some problems in the cost management of public hospitals under DRG payment, such as poor policy environment, lack of internal synergy, weak management foundation, failure to form a closed loop, low level of informationization, and insufficient support. In this regard, the case hospital constructs cost management system, implements fine control, pays attention to disease cost accounting, and continuously improves cost management ability, which has achieved good results and can provide reference for other hospitals to optimize cost management.
