目的：构建健康养老需求综合评估量表，为健康养老需求的摸底和干预提供科学有效的工具。方法：基于可行能力理论，通过文献回顾、专家咨询、老年人访谈和问卷调查，构建健康养老需求综合评估量表并进行性能验证。结果：从“健康功能”与“健康能力”两个范畴，构建了七因子25条目的健康养老需求综合评估量表，包含躯体健康功能、心理健康功能、精神情绪功能、生命健康感知、认知能力、照顾寻求能力、健康选择能力维度，并在2 688份样本中通过性能验证。结论：健康养老需求综合评估量表的信度、效度良好，能够作为健康养老需求摸底和干预的有效工具。
Abstract:
Objective To construct a comprehensive assessment scale for health and elder care needs, and to provide a scientific and effective tool for the survey and intervention of the needs of health and elder care. Methods Based on capability approach theory, through literature review, expert consultation, interviews with the elderly and questionnaire survey, a comprehensive assessment scale for health and elder care needs was constructed and its performance was verified. Results From both health function and health ability, a comprehensive assessment scale for health and elder care needs was developed, which includes 7 factors and 25 items: physical health function, mental health function, emotional function, perception of life and health, cognitive ability, care seeking ability, and health choice ability. This scale passed performance validation in 2 688 valid urban and rural samples. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the comprehensive assessment scale for health and elder care needs are good, and it can be used as an effective tool for the survey and intervention of the needs of health and elder care.
