摘要:
新质生产力导向下，公立医院构建数据资产管理体系，包括“战略规划—平台建设—综合治理—赋能决策”4个阶段。从国家、医院、患者3个层面，挖掘数据资产价值应用场景——“国考”绩效评价、科室运营分析、患者数据应用，促进业务财务融合，赋能新质生产力发展，探索建立以数据驱动为抓手、以价值管理为核心、以高质量发展为目标的医院数据资产管理新模式。
Abstract:
Under the guidance of new quality productivity, public hospitals build a data asset management system, including four stages of "strategic planning-platform construction-comprehensive governance-empowering decision-making". From the three levels of the state, hospitals and patients, the application scenarios of data asset value are explored, such as performance evaluation of national exams, departmental operation analysis, patient data application, promoting the integration of business and finance, and empowering the development of new quality productivity. A new data asset management model in hospitals is explored with data-driven as the gripping hand, value management as the core, and high-quality development as the goal.
