摘要:
传统医疗数据共享模式在实践中面临价值释放的困境。新质生产力视角下，医疗数据共享的场景—数据（CDM）模式，能够面向科研、临床及公共卫生、健康产业场景提供医疗数据共享，是质量与效益并重的、多维场景驱动的数据要素市场化配置模式，也是医疗数据共享的可持续发展的创新模式。
Abstract:
Traditional medical data sharing model faces the dilemma of value release in practice. Under the perspective of new quality productivity, medical data sharing CDM model can provide medical data sharing for scientific research, clinical treatment, public health construction and health industry scenarios, which is a quality and benefit-oriented, multidimensional scenario-driven data element market allocation model, and an innovation model for sustainable development of medical data sharing.
