摘要:

目前，我国农村医养结合存在治理理念未统一、组织结构协调不畅、政策保障不足、技术支撑乏力等治理碎片化问题。对此，应以整体性治理理论为指引，对标农村健康老龄化要求，统一治理理念、提升组织结构协同性、进行政策整合、搭建数字化平台，实现农村医养结合的整体性治理。

Abstract:

At present, there are governance fragmentation problems in rural integrated elderly care and medical services in China, such as unification of governance concepts, poor coordination of organizational structure, insufficient policy protection, and lack of technical support. In this regard, it is necessary to use the holistic governance theory as a guideline, meet the requirements of rural healthy aging, unify the governance concept, improve the synergy of the organizational structure, integrate policies, and build a digital platform, so as to realize the holistic governance of rural integrated elderly care and medical services.
