摘要:
嘉兴市长期护理保险（长护险）在试点实施中不乏亮点，但也存在有待完善的地方。借鉴青岛、上海、广州及北京的长护险试点做法，对嘉兴市长护险的未来发展提出建议：逐渐剥离医保基金筹资来源，制定公平的筹资标准；建立预防和延缓失智的保障机制；充分发动社区资源，完善社区护理体系；丰富长护险服务内容，满足各类照护需求。
Abstract:
There are many highlights in the implementation of long-term care insurance(LTCI) pilot in Jiaxing City, but there are also issues that need to be improved. Drawing on the implementation of LTCI pilot in Qingdao, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing, the suggestions for the future development of LTCI pilot in Jiaxing City are proposed. It is necessary to gradually divest the financing sources of medical insurance fund and formulate a fair financing standard, set up a protection mechanism for preventing and delaying dementia, fully mobilize the community resources and perfect the community care system, and enrich the content of the LCTI services.
