摘要:
目的：探究健康养老服务供需匹配的内在机制，厘清关键影响因素。方法：对南京市常住老年人开展问卷调查，采用因子分析提取潜变量，运用Amos25.0软件建立健康养老服务供需匹配影响因素的结构方程模型。结果：主体特征、供给水平、供给能力和政策制度均对供需匹配水平有显著的正向影响，供给能力和供给水平作为中介变量间接影响供需匹配水平。结论：老年人健康服务需求呈多样化和差异化特征，应以需求为导向配置健康养老资源，加强制度创新与政策供给，构建养老设施等级体系，推动医护多点执业，完善养老机构准入和退出机制，实现健康养老服务的供需匹配。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the internal mechanism of matching supply and demand of health elderly care services and to clarify the key influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the resident elderly in Nanjing, and factor analysis was used to extract latent variables, and Amos 25.0 software was used to establish a structural equation model of the influencing factors of matching of supply and demand of healthy elderly care services. Results Subject characteristics, supply level, supply capacity and policy system all had a significant positive influence on the level of matching supply and demand. As mediating variables, supply capacity and supply level indirectly influenced the level of matching supply and demand. Conclusion The demand for health care services for the elderly is diversified and differentiated. It is necessary to allocate health elderly care resources in a demand-oriented manner, strengthen institutional innovation and policy supply, build a hierarchy of elderly care facilities, promote multi-site medical and nursing care practice, and improve the access and exit mechanism of elderly care institutions, so as to realize the matching of supply and demand of health elderly care services.
