目的：分析各省区市中医类项目价格水平的区域差异，为价格调整提供参考。方法：引入6个宏观经济指标进行价格修正，通过绝对价格差值比和相对价格差值比，分析各省区市中医类项目价格水平的区域差异。结果：44项中医类项目价格的区域变异系数中位数为0.48，其中86.4%的项目价格区域变异系数在0.7以内，表明价格水平差异较合理，但也有部分省区市中医类项目价格水平与经济发展严重不匹配，存在“价格倒挂”，亟需启动调价程序。结论：推进各地医疗服务项目与国家《项目规范》的对接，建立价格形成及动态调整联动机制，从而逐步缩小中医类项目价格水平的区域差异。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the regional differences in the price level of TCM medical service items in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and to provide reference for price adjustment. Methods Introducing six macroeconomic indicators for price correction, the regional differences in the price level of TCM medical service items in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities were analyzed through the absolute price difference ratio and relative price difference ratio. Results The median regional coefficient of variation of the prices of 44 TCM items was 0.48, of which 86.4% of the items had a regional coefficient of variation of 0.7 or less, indicating that the differences in price levels were relatively reasonable. However, there were some provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities with serious mismatch between price level and economic development, existing "price inversion". There was an urgent need to start the price adjustment process. Conclusion It is necessary to promote the docking of medical service items in various regions with the national project specification, and establish a linkage mechanism for price formation and dynamic adjustment, so as to gradually narrow the regional differences in price levels of TCM medical service items.
