摘要:
传统预算管理模式已难以满足医院精细化管理的需求，数据中台的引入改变了系统间数据交互机制，促进业财数据的高效集成与统一呈现。对此，医院应基于数据中台，构建“战略-计划-预算-绩效”的管理闭环，优化数据资产治理，设计预算预测模型，加强监督与反馈，搭建多维度的预算指标体系，实现医院全面预算管理路径优化。
Abstract:
The traditional budget management has been difficult to meet the needs of refined management of hospitals, and the introduction of data platform has changed the data interaction mechanism between systems and promoted the efficient integration and unified presentation of business and finance data. In this regard, it is necessary to build a management closed loop of "strategy-plan-budget-performance" based on the data platform, optimize the governance of data assets, design budget prediction models, strengthen supervision and feedback, and build a multi-dimensional budget indicator system to optimize the path of comprehensive budget management in hospitals.
