目的：构建住院医师规范化培训（住培）质量评价体系，为提高住培质量提供参考。方法：运用德尔菲法确定住培质量评价指标，运用层次分析法赋予指标权重。结果：邀请26名专家进行指标筛选，最终构建包括3个一级指标、11个二级指标和37个三级指标的住培质量评价体系。结论：住培质量评价体系涵盖“结构-过程-结果”全过程指标，具有较强的科学性和适用性，但也存在改进空间。
Abstract:
Objective To establish a quality evaluation index system for standardized training of resident physicians (residency training), and to provide reference for improving the quality of residency training. Methods The Delphi method was used to determine quality evaluation indices of residency training, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the weight of each index. Results Twenty-six experts were invited to screen the indices, and a quality evaluation index system for residency training was finally constructed, which comprised 3 first-level, 11 second-level, and 37 third-level indices. Conclusion The quality evaluation index system encompasses comprehensive indices across the structure, process, and outcome of residency training, which is highly scientific and applicable, but there is also room for improvement.
