摘要:
目的：分析慢性病患者健康管理行为的影响因素，为提升健康管理能力提供理论依据。方法：采用目的抽样法，线上线下相结合招募访谈对象进行半结构化访谈；基于扎根理论对访谈资料进行编码分析。结果：纳入41名访谈对象，经过三级编码得出30个基本范畴和7个主范畴，据此构建慢性病患者健康管理行为影响因素模型。结论：健康风险和资源支持作为关键刺激动因，对慢性病患者的感知价值、自我效能和负向体验产生显著影响，从而在行为层面促进健康管理的实施，个体因素在刺激动因、认知与情感中起调节作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influencing factors of health management behaviors of patients with chronic diseases, and to provide theoretical basis for improving health management ability in this population. Methods Purposive sampling method was used to recruit interviewees for semi-structured interviews from offline tertiary hospital health management centers and online social media platforms.The interview data were coded and analyzed based on the grounded theory. Results 41 interviewees were included, 30 basic categories and seven main categories were derived from the three-level coding, according to which a model of factors influencing the health management behaviors of patients with chronic diseases was constructed. Conclusion Health risk and resource support, as key stimulus motivators, significantly influence the perceived value, self-efficacy and negative experience of patients with chronic diseases, thus promoting the implementation of health management at the behavioral level. And individual factors play a moderating role in stimulus motivators, cognition and emotion.
