摘要:

随着互联网产业的发展，网络销售逐渐成为新的药品销售模式。为规范药品网络销售，我国颁布了《药品网络销售监督管理办法》，但在实践中发现药品网络销售监管存在监管主体分工机制不健全、监管对象责任主体认定困难、监管法律不健全、监管手段落后等问题。对此，应明确监管部门职权、清晰监管对象责任、完善法律监管内容、提升监管效率，从而全面实现对药品网络销售的有效监管。

Abstract:

With the development of the Internet industry, network sales have gradually become a new mode of drug sales. In order to regulate the sale of drugs on the Internet, China has promulgated the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Sale of Drugs on the Internet". However, in practice, there are problems in the supervision of the sale of drugs on the Internet such as unsound mechanism of division of labor of the supervisory body, difficulty in identifying the subject of the supervision of the subject of the responsibility of the subject, incomplete supervision laws, and backwardness of the supervision means. In this regard, it is necessary to clarify the authority of the regulatory department, clarify the responsibility of the regulatory object, improve the content of the legal regulation, and enhance the regulatory efficiency, so as to fully realize the effective supervision of the sale of drugs on the Internet.
