目的：从新质生产力视角出发，分析2013—2022年我国医疗服务水平、医疗保障水平与区域经济发展水平的耦合协调情况，为促进三者协同发展提供借鉴。方法：运用熵权TOPSIS法对三个系统各指标赋权，构建耦合协调模型，利用泰尔指数、障碍度模型分析三个系统的耦合协调度，识别影响其发展的障碍因子。结果：2013—2022年，我国20个省市医疗服务水平、医疗保障水平与区域经济发展水平的耦合协调层次达到中层次协调阶段，耦合协调度整体呈东部>中部>西部地区的发展态势，地区间存在较大差异。结论：我国医疗服务水平、医疗保障水平与区域经济发展都呈提升趋势，三个系统耦合协调趋势向好，但耦合协调度受多方面因素影响；应以新质生产力为战略引领，推动三个系统均衡发展，不断提升协同能力，攻克发展障碍。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the coupling and coordination of medical service level, medical security level, and regional economic development level in China from 2013 to 2022, based on the perspective of new quality productivity, and to provide a reference for promoting the synergistic development of the three. Methods The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to weight each index of the system and obtain the comprehensive evaluation index, and the coupling coordination model was constructed. The Theil index and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the coupling coordination degree of medical service level, medical security level and regional economic development level in China, and identify the obstacle factors affecting their development. Results From 2013 to 2022, the coupling coordination level of medical service level, medical security level and regional economic development level in 20 provinces in China reached the middle-level coordination stage. The coupling coordination degree showed the development trend of eastern > central > western, and there were great differences among regions. Conclusion Medical service level, medical security level and regional economic development are all in an upward trend in China, the trend of the three systems coupling and coordination is good, but the degree of coupling and coordination is affected by many obstacle factors. It is necessary to take new quality productivity as the strategic guidance, promote the balanced development of the three systems, continuously enhance collaborative capabilities, and overcome development obstacles.
