摘要:
新加坡慢性病防控注重政策协同、社会参与和数字技术的深度融合，为健康治理的系统性改革提供了重要启示。我国可借鉴新加坡经验，因地制宜建立健康治理体系：以“预防为主”为核心，推动健康管理政策落地；深化家庭医生签约制度改革，优化基层医疗与社区资源的整合利用；多方协作，构建社区健康支持体系；加速健康数字化基础设施建设，提升健康服务精准性；推广健康文化，形成全民健康管理新格局。
Abstract:
In Singapore, chronic disease prevention and control focuses on policy synergy, social participation, and the deep integration of digital technology, which provides an important inspiration for the systematic reform of health governance. China can learn from Singapore's experience and establish a health governance system according to local conditions. It is necessary to take "prevention as the main focus" as the core to promote health management policies, deepen the reform of the family doctor contracting system to optimize the integration and use of primary health care and community resources, build a community health support system through multi-party collaboration, accelerate the construction of health digital infrastructure to improve the accuracy of health services, and promote health culture and form a new pattern of health management for all.
