摘要:
在“互联网+医疗”迅猛发展背景下，互联网医院作为信息技术与传统线下医疗健康服务深度融合的新型服务业态备受关注。本文运用COSO-ERM框架，从治理和文化、战略和目标设定、绩效、审阅与修订、信息沟通与报告等五个维度评估互联网医院风险，识别风险薄弱环节，并提出解决措施，助力互联网医疗行业健康发展。
Abstract:
In the context of the rapid development of "Internet + healthcare", Internet hospitals, as a new type of service industry with the deep integration of information technology and traditional offline healthcare services, have attracted much attention. The COSO-ERM framework is used to assess the risk of Internet hospitals from five dimensions of governance and culture, strategy and goal setting, performance, review and revision, information communication and reporting, and identify the risk weaknesses. The measures are proposed to help the healthy development of the Internet healthcare industry.
