摘要:
长三角地区依托国家长护险试点，积极推进长护险制度发展，但在资金筹集系统、待遇支付系统、服务提供系统、服务配套系统上仍存在碎片化问题，区域间缺乏整体性和协同性。对此，应以底线公平为原则、以标准化建设为抓手、以专业化建设为重点、以数字化建设为保障，推动长护险长三角区域一体化发展。
Abstract:
The Yangtze River Delta region has actively promoted the development of the long-term care insurance system based on the national pilot program. However, there are still issues of fragmentation in the funding system, benefit payment system, service provision system, and service support system, with a lack of overall coordination and synergy between regions. To address this, it is necessary to take baseline equity as the principle, standardization construction as the starting point, specialization construction as the focus, and digitalization construction as the guarantee, so as to promote the integrated development of long-term care insurance in the Yangtze River Delta region.
