摘要:
目的：构建主动健康视域下健康社会决定因素发展指数分析框架和指标体系。方法：基于文献研究和德尔菲法，构建健康社会决定因素发展指数的指标体系，对2022年各省（区、市）健康社会决定因素发展指数进行测算。结果：2022年各省（区、市）健康社会决定因素发展指数介于71.64~100.00，东部地区得分普遍较高，西部地区得分相对较低。结论：坚持健康优先发展战略，加快推动“将健康融入所有政策”落地；坚持以健康公平为导向，着力补齐弱势地区的短板项目；坚持以科学评价促发展，强化健康社会决定因素指数的应用，助力健康发展目标的实现。
Abstract:
Objective To construct an analytical framework and indicator system for the development index of the social determinants of health from the perspective of proactive health. Methods Based on literature review and the Delphi method, an indicator system for the development index of the social determinants of health was constructed, and the development index of the social determinants of health in provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in 2022 were calculated. Results In 2022, the social determinants of health development index scores in provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) ranged from 71.64 to 100.00, with eastern regions generally scoring higher and western regions relatively lower. Conclusion It is recommended to adhere to the strategy of prioritizing health development and accelerate the implementation of "Health in All Policies", focus on health equity and address deficiencies in vulnerable regions, and promote development through scientific evaluation and enhance the application of the social determinants of health development index, so as to advance health development goals.
