摘要:
目的：了解河北省互联网医院运营现状，提出改进建议。方法：通过问卷星平台，对河北省40家互联网医院进行问卷调查。结果：河北省互联网医院的设置模式，以实体医疗机构独立申请互联网医院作为第二名称为主；目前，互联网医院常见病慢性病复诊、开具有效电子处方、远程医疗等核心业务的开展情况并不理想，患者来源相对单一，运营过程存在诸多困难。结论：河北省互联网医院运营基础良好，发展前景广阔；应继续加强相关政策支持，丰富互联网医疗服务内容，完善互联网医院运营体系，并通过健全激励机制、加大医保支持力度、加强宣传等，吸引广大患者到互联网医院就诊，推动互联网医院可持续高质量发展。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the operational status of internet hospitals in Hebei Province, and to propose improvement recommendations. Methods Through the WJX platform, 40 Internet hospitals in Hebei Province were surveyed. Results The setting mode of Internet hospitals in Hebei Province was that entity medical institutions independently applyed for Internet hospitals as the second name. The core services such as follow-up consultations for common and chronic diseases, issuance of valid electronic prescriptions, and telemedicine were underdeveloped. The patient source was relatively single, and there were many difficulties in the operation process. Conclusion Internet Hospitals in Hebei Province have a good operation foundation and broad development prospects. It is necessary to continue to strengthen policy support, enrich online healthcare services, and improve operational systems. By establishing robust incentive mechanisms, increasing medical insurance coverage, and enhancing publicity, Internet hospitals can attract more patients to see doctors, so as to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of Internet hospitals.
