摘要:
当前，我国农村健康养老面临着严峻的挑战，研究中医药赋能农村医养结合的嵌入机制，对提升服务效能、破解农村老龄化难题具有重要意义。然而现阶段，中医药医养结合服务与医保政策协同不足，中医药人才资源与医养结合服务需求匹配失衡，传统“养儿防老”的观念根深蒂固，阻碍了中医药在农村医养结合中发挥作用。对此，应从完善农村中医药服务体系、加强农村中医药服务人才队伍建设、提升农村老年人中医药文化素养等方面入手，构建具有中国特色的农村医养结合服务体系，提升农村医养结合服务效能、破解农村健康养老难题。
Abstract:
At present, rural healthy aging care in China face severe challenges. Researching the embedded mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) empowering rural integration of medical and elderly care is crucial for enhancing service efficiency and addressing rural aging issues. However, there is insufficient coordination between TCM-integration of medical and elderly care services and medical insurance policies, the imbalances between TCM talent resources and the demand for integration of medical and elderly care services, and the deeply rooted traditional concept of "raising children to support the elderly", which hinder the role of TCM in rural integration of medical and elderly care. To address this, it is necessary to focus on improving the rural TCM service system, strengthen the construction of rural TCM service talent team, and enhance the TCM cultural literacy of rural elderly populations. This will help establish a rural integration of medical and elderly care service system with Chinese characteristics, thereby improving service effectiveness and resolving rural healthy aging care challenges.
