摘要:
当前，老年友善型医院医养结合模式存在医疗资源错配、康复衔接断层、护理制度缺失、心理照护滞后等核心问题。对此，应构建“医疗、康复、护理、心理”四维协同的创新发展路径：医疗方面，通过“三级联动”机制和供需协同机制，破解老年医疗资源错配问题；康复方面，通过智慧技术赋能和服务链条整合，提升康复衔接效能；护理方面，通过长护险制度创新和职业通道建设，夯实长期护理根基；心理方面，通过构建心理服务网络和社会支持体系，重构老年社交生态，推动实现“健康老龄化”。
Abstract:
At present, there are four core contradictions in the current model of integration of medical and elderly care in elderly-friendly hospitals, including mismatch of medical resources, discontinuity in rehabilitation connection, lack of nursing system, and lagging psychological care. To address these challenges, it is necessary to establish a four-dimensional innovative development pathway integrating "medical care, rehabilitation, nursing, and psychological support". In terms of medical, the mismatch of elderly medical resources can be resolved through the "three-level linkage" mechanism and supply-demand coordination mechanism. In terms of rehabilitation, the efficiency of rehabilitation connection can be enhanced through smart technology integration and service chain consolidation. In terms of nursing, the foundation of long-term care can be strengthened through innovative long-term care insurance systems and the construction of professional channels. In terms of psychology, the social ecology of the elderly can be reconstructed through construction of psychological service network and social support system. promote the realization of "healthy aging". In this way, it can promote the realization of "healthy aging".
