摘要:
目的：从多维度视角探讨高值医用耗材评价的优化路径，为健全高值医用耗材评价机制提供理论支持。方法：梳理高值医用耗材管理和评价相关政策文件，总结分析高值医用耗材评价的难点。结果：高值医用耗材具有种类多、使用风险高、依赖医生操作、临床数据缺乏等特点，评价成本高、难度大。结论：目前，对高值医用耗材的安全性、有效性和经济性评价已取得一定进展，但需进一步量化评价指标、丰富理论基础、完善评价维度，并强化评价结果应用，最终构建具有中国特色的医用耗材管理决策支持系统。
Abstract:
Objective To explore optimization pathways for evaluating high-value medical consumables from a multi-dimensional perspective, and to provide theoretical support for improving the evaluation mechanism. Methods Relevant policy documents on the management and evaluation of high-value medical consumables were reviewed, and challenges in evaluating high-value medical consumables were summarized and analyzed. Results High-value medical consumables exhibited characteristics such as wide variety, high usage risks, reliance on doctor operation, and insufficient clinical data, resulting in high evaluation costs and significant challenges. Conclusion At present, the methodology for assessing the safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness of high-value medical consumables has made progress. It is advisable to quantify evaluation indicators, enrich theoretical foundations, refine evaluation dimensions, and strengthen the application of evaluation results. Ultimately, this will facilitate the construction of a medical consumables management decision support system with Chinese characteristics.
