摘要:
目的：分析数字融入对老年人生理和心理健康的影响机制。方法：利用CHARLS 2020年数据，采用结构方程模型，探讨数字融入对老年人健康水平的作用路径。结果：数字融入既能够直接改善老年人的生理、心理健康水平，还可以通过社会参与间接影响老年人的健康水平。结论：数字融入对老年人健康水平具有显著促进作用，应不断完善远程医疗协同网络，形成社区健康闭环管理，建立数字技能支持网络，普及智能健康设备，持续提升老年人数字融入能力。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the mechanisms through which digital integration affects the physical and mental health of older adults. Methods Using data from the CHARLS 2020 survey, a structural equation model was employed to explore the pathways that digital integration influences the health levels of older adults. Results Digital integration not only directly improved the physical and mental health of older adults, but also indirectly enhanced their health levels through increased social participation. Conclusion Digital integration plays a significant role in promoting the health of older adults. It is recommended to continuously improve the coordinated telemedicine network, establish closed-loop community health management, build digital skill support networks, and popularize smart health devices to sustainably enhance the digital integration capabilities of older adults.
