摘要:
目的：构建并优化江西省中医医疗服务价格指数测算模型，并进行实证研究。方法：基于2018—2024年江西省12个统筹区的公立医院数据，遴选出7类72项中医医疗服务项目，采用简单算术平均模型以及拉氏、帕氏、马埃加权指数模型测算价格指数，并分析地区差异。结果：江西省中医医疗服务价格指数测算结果符合政策导向；价格指数总体保持稳定，未来调价空间充足；不同项目分类价格指数对总体价格指数的影响显著；各统筹区价格水平仍不平衡，需加强统筹管理。结论：进一步完善省域中医医疗服务价格指数编制方法，推动价格指数测算结果在医疗卫生领域的应用，科学制定价格动态调整方案，加强全省范围的中医医疗服务价格宏观管理与协调。
Abstract:
Objective To construct and optimize a price index calculation model for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) medical services in Jiangxi Province and conduct empirical research. Methods Based on the data from public hospitals in 12 coordinated regions of Jiangxi Province from 2018 to 2024, 72 TCM medical service items across 7 categories were selected. The simple arithmetic mean model and the weighted index models of Laplace, PASCAL and Mahe were used to calculate the price index, and regional differences were analyzed. Results The calculation results of the price index of TCM medical services were in line with policy orientation. The price index remained generally stable and there was sufficient room for price adjustment in the future. The price index of different service categories had a significant impact on the overall price index. The price levels across coordinated regions remained unbalanced and the overall management needed to be strengthened. Conclusion It is necessary to further improve the method of compiling the provincial price index for TCM medical services, promote the application of the price index calculation results in healthcare field, scientifically formulate dynamic price adjustment plans, and strengthen the macro management and coordination of TCM medical service prices throughout the province.
