摘要:
中国式卫生健康现代化是一场以人民健康为中心，涉及价值理念、服务体系、治理模式、科技应用及全球角色的系统性变革；历史维度上，中国式卫生健康现代化的演进历程深刻反映了国家发展理念的变迁与人民健康需求的升级；理论维度上，马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想以及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，为中国式卫生健康现代化提供了根本遵循；实践维度上，浙江的实践探索为推进中国式卫生健康现代化提供了行之有效的省域模板。面向“十五五”，必须加强党的领导，推进中国式卫生健康现代化进程；筑牢安全底线，推进公共卫生体系现代化；促进均衡可及，推进县域医疗体系现代化；坚持创新驱动，推进医学高峰水平现代化；聚焦全生命周期，推进重点人群服务水平现代化；强化数智赋能，推进数字健康现代化；“三医”协同治理，确保卫生健康事业高质量发展。
Abstract:
Chinese-style health modernization represents a people-centered systematic transformation encompassing value concepts, service systems, governance models, technological applications, and global roles. From the historical dimension, the evolutionary process of Chinese-style health modernization profoundly reflects the transformation of national development philosophies and the upgrading of people's health needs.In the theoretical dimension, Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era provide the fundamental guideline for Chinese-style health modernization.From the practical dimension, Zhejiang Province's exploratory practices provide an effective provincial template for advancing Chinese-style health modernization. Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period, it is imperative to strengthen Party leadership to propel the process of Chinese-style health modernization; consolidate the safety bottom line to modernize the public health system; promote balanced accessibility to modernize the county-level medical system; adhere to innovation-driven development to promote the modernization of high-level medical care; focus on the full lifecycle to modernize services for key populations; strengthen digital and intelligent empowerment to advance digital health modernization; and ensure coordinated governance of healthcare, medical insurance, and pharmaceuticals to guarantee high-quality development of the health sector.
