摘要:
放射检查类立项指南将放射检查项目整合为26个主项目，规范了项目价格、调整了计价单位、完善了计价说明；同时，推广云影像，加强结果互认，支持重点项目，强调灵活变通。放射检查类立项指南落地过程中，在项目定价、耗材收费等方面仍存在争议。对此，医疗机构应转变发展模式，强化成本核算和价格精细化管理，以更快更好地落实新的收费项目；医保部门应关注医疗机构面临的挑战，积极组织协调，完善相关政策，保障立项指南有效对接落地。
Abstract:
The Project Approval Guidelines for radiological examinations integrate radiological examination items into 26 main projects, standardizing project prices, adjusting billing units, and improving billing explanations. Meanwhile,the guidelines promote cloud imaging, strengthen mutual recognition of results, support key projects, and emphasize flexible adaptation. During the implementation process of the guidelines, controversies remain regarding project pricing and consumables charging. In response, medical institutions should transform their development models, strengthen cost accounting and refined price management to implement new charging items more quickly and effectively. Medical insurance departments should pay attention to the challenges faced by medical institutions, actively organize and coordinate efforts, and improve relevant policies to ensure effective alignment and implementation of the guidelines.
